ARUNDEL MUSEUM More than a museum

Volunteering Opportunities

Front of House

You will be asked to meet and greet visitors to the Museum and take money for admissions and sales in our shop using our touch screen, user-friendly till.

Museum Steward

You will be in the Museum to meet and greet visitors and to answer any questions they may have on our exhibits.

Curatorial Team

You might like to join our Curatorial Team helping with the cataloguing of items, restoring and maintaining items and helping to set up new displays and exhibitions.

Oral History Team

Could you help us research aspects of Arundel history? Our Team are in need of interviewers and transcribers. If you have good typing skills or would like to interview people about their lives in Arundel, then this may suit you.

Walking Through History

Historical walks around Arundel are another aspect of the Museum’s work. You can help us by ensuring walkers are kept together. After instruction, you may even wish to lead a walk yourself.

Education Group

If you have experience working with children, then our Education Group will be happy to welcome you, perhaps visiting schools or assisting with students visiting our Museum.

Other Opportunities

There are many other ways you might like to help us ranging from Administration, IT and Communication Skills to Fundraising, Marketing and Publicity.

As you can see, we are a very active organisation and we would be delighted to hear from you if you would like to know more about our volunteering opportunities. Please contact us:
