Whatever your age or level of interest, there is plenty to learn and discover about the town of Arundel, whether it is the history of the town, the lives of the people, its location in the heart of the South Downs or the influence of the River Arun on the community. The Museum will reveal some of the answers and just a few steps away is the restored medieval Arundel Castle - the home of the Dukes of Norfolk.

Planning & Booking
We recommend that you make a planning visit, which is free of charge. A pre-visit will enable you to carry out a risk assessment and to plan the self-guided elements of your visit. We are very happy to meet with you during your planning visit should you have any questions. Please let us know in advance when you are likely to arrive.
We ask all groups to book before they visit. Booking is easy – you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 01903 885866. A confirmation booking will be emailed to you together with our safety information sheet which will help with your risk assessment.
